When Tatiana Gamache crosses the finish line of a full Ironman — 2.4 miles of open-water swimming, 112 miles on the bike, and a full marathon, all in a single day — she's already done the hardest part: the months of disciplined preparation that made the result possible. Beyond her full Ironman, Tatiana has completed multiple Half Ironman races, reflecting the same perseverance she brings to her work in the courtroom.
A Prosecutor's Edge for Injury Victims
Before joining the firm, Tatiana served as a Deputy District Attorney in both El Dorado County and Nevada County, where she prosecuted complex felony matters involving domestic violence, sexual assault, and crimes against vulnerable victims. She managed cases from investigation through trial, argued contested motions, and worked closely with law enforcement agencies and victim advocates in high-stakes proceedings. She was recognized with an award honoring her "unwavering commitment to justice and excellence in prosecution."
That courtroom background gives her clients a real advantage in personal injury matters. Tatiana knows firsthand how opposing counsel and insurance carriers evaluate claims, probe for weaknesses, and build their defense — and she uses that insight to advocate aggressively for individuals injured through no fault of their own, with the same precision and tenacity that defined her work as a prosecutor.

Tatiana is an avid trail runner, CrossFit and Hyrox athlete, and licensed private pilot. She and her husband are raising two children and their Corgi, Phil — and you'll most often find them camping, backpacking, or exploring Northern California together.
